Nature of transactions

Satark is a free service. The only payment users can make on this website is a voluntary donation processed via Razorpay to support the ongoing operation of the Service. No goods or physical products are sold on this website.

Refund policy for donations

Donations are voluntary contributions and are, as a general rule, non-refundable once received. Please review the amount and your intent before confirming payment.

However, we will process a refund in the following exceptional cases:

  • The amount was deducted more than once for the same donation (duplicate charge).
  • An amount was deducted but the transaction was not credited to Satark / Ralosy.
  • Clear evidence of fraudulent or unauthorised use of your payment instrument.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email lovekushy852@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction with:

  • The Razorpay Order ID / Payment ID (from your receipt email).
  • The date and amount of the transaction.
  • A brief description of the reason.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and, if approved, process the refund via the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Actual credit time depends on your bank or UPI provider.

Cancellation

As we do not offer subscriptions or recurring plans at this time, no cancellation flow is required. If we introduce recurring donations in future, cancellation options will be added inside your account.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, we may temporarily restrict your ability to donate again while the dispute is investigated.
